Mumbai, November 2018: Each year we bow our heads and commemorate and remember those that we lost 10 years ago during the horrendous 26/11 terror attacks that shook our nation.
On the 10th anniversary of 26/11, Indian express in association with Facebook will be hosting an event at gateway to remember the brave citizens, policemen and soldiers that the country lost in this terrible tragedy.
This year, world renowned emcee Ms. Gitikka Ganju Dhar will be seen hosting the show and conducting all the activities conducted at the gateway of india. Gitikka has in the past shared stage with eminent personalities such as Mr. Narendra modi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Shashi Tharoor, Richard Branson and many more.
At the event Gitikka will be introducing and welcoming several eminent personalities on stage such as Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Mr. Javed Akhtar, Kaushiki Chakravarty, Rakesh Chaurasia, Mayuri Upadhya, Merlin D’souza, Harshdeep Kaur, Neeti Mohan, Rahul Deshpande, Mahesh Kale, Javed Ali, Ani Choying Drolma, Shivam Mahadevan, Police Band and the Navy Band.
At this event Gitikka will also invite survivors to share their stories post the trauma of the attack to acquaint those present about their life and how they have come out stronger.
