Ridhi Dogra has always believed in growth through discomfort, and her entry into The 50 is a natural extension of that mindset. For the actor, the experience isn’t about competition alone it’s about unlearning, evolving, and breaking out of the comfort zones actors often find themselves in.
“As an actor, I’m always looking at new ways of unlearning and pushing myself out of the bubble actors can get into,” Ridhi shares. Known for constantly seeking depth in her work, she sees The 50 as a challenge that allows her to explore uncharted territory. “I’m always trying to discover something new about myself, and The 50 felt like a challenge that would allow me to step out of my comfort zone.”
What sets this journey apart is the absence of a character to portray. In The 50, Ridhi isn’t playing a role she’s simply showing up as herself. “It allows me to step into a whole new world where there’s no character. All I will do is show up as myself, and you the audience will watch me as I go beyond my comfort zone.”
The actor also credits her audience for giving her the courage to take this leap. Expressing gratitude for the unwavering support she’s received over the years, Ridhi calls her fans her guiding force. “My audience and well-wishers are my support and my angels the wind beneath my wings,” she says.
As she prepares to enter what she calls the “lion’s den,” Ridhi is eager to share every high, low, and learning moment with those who have stood by her journey. Adding to this milestone, the deal for Ridhi Dogra’s participation in The 50 was locked by Hoonur, an initiative by Balaji Telefilms, led by Mohammad Nagaman Lateef.
As the countdown to the premiere begins, Ridhi Dogra stands out as a strong contender, ready to challenge herself, surprise audiences, and redefine her journey in the reality television space.
