Presented by Radhakrushna Productions, the film is produced by Poonam Chaudhari Patil and directed by Swaroopp Sawant. The story has been written by Swaroopp Sawant and Poonam Chaudhari Patil, with screenplay and dialogues by Sanjay Navgire. Additional screenplay has been penned by Vishal Sudam Jadhao. The title itself hints at a unique blend of spirituality and contemporary life, which is reflected in the teaser. It conveys the thought that while living recklessly, if one surrenders to the voice within, life’s paths become easier. All that is required is the willpower to choose the right path—or to correct it if one strays. This profound spiritual idea is powerfully portrayed in ‘Devghar On Rent’, as glimpsed in the teaser.

Speaking about the film, director Swaroopp Sawant said, “Today, the air everywhere is filled with the celebration of Ganeshotsav. Since the word ‘Dev’ (God) is in the very title Devghar On Rent, I am truly delighted that the teaser has been released at Shri Chintamani’s Darbar. Though the story reflects today’s world, the spiritual thread within it is extremely significant. In the race of modern life, no one can deny the existence of God. Even if someone says ‘Devghar On Rent’ today, God will never cast them away, not even for a moment. As the saintly verse says, ‘Whose body is this? Who makes it function, if not Hari?’ – that divine power takes care of everyone, whether rich or poor. With its dramatic storyline as well as entertaining elements, this film will hold the audience’s attention till the very end,” shared producer Poonam Chaudhari Patil.

The film features Nikhil Chavan, Ankit Mohan, Bhau Kadam, Shashank Shende, Ashwini Chavare, Vaibhav Chavan, Suresh Vishwakarma, Anil Nagarkar, Chetan Raikar, Siddheshwar Zadbuke, and Gautami Patil among others. Cinematography is by Chaitanya Salunkhe, with art direction by Dilip Khandare. Music has been composed by S. Sagar and Kabir Shakya. Costumes are designed by Apeksha Gandhi Soni, while Sujit Surwase handled makeup. Sync sound has been done by Akshay Londe, and lighting was managed by Sharma’s team. Anuneha Ghodke is the executive producer, while Yash Sanas worked as production manager. Choreography is by Kishor Dalvi, and Vijay Mhaske served as production head.
